    Join us on Monday, April 28th from 5:30 – 6:30 PM for our annual AMS Open House and Student Art Show. Visit classrooms, learn more about Montessori education, and celebrate our students’ artistic creations. There will be plenty of food, and kids will have an opportunity to take part in a fun activity. At 6:30 PM we will dedicate a Peace Pole custom-designed by the Upper Elementary students. AMS was selected by the Youth Art Peace Pole Project as the only Alaska school in their 50 Poles in 50 States Project. There are over 240,000 Peace Poles around the world and we are very fortunate to be a part of it. Mayor Sullivan will be joining us for this special dedication. We hope to see you there!
