Thin Crust Pizza

Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add onion and garlic and saut until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes until medium thick. Stir often. Dough 175 ml warm water 5 ml sugar 8 ml rapid mix yeast 15 ml olive oil 5 ml salt 125 ml whole wheat flour 250-300 ml all-purpose flour Preheat oven to 450 F. 1. Dissolve sugar in warm water (large glass measuring cup) and sprinkle yeast over and stir. 2. Combine oil, salt and 200 ml of flour in medium bowl and mix in yeast mixture and mix well (wooden spoon) 3. Add in enough of the remaining whole wheat and white flour to make a stiff dough. Knead until smooth. 4. Place dough in greased bowl and let rise in a 170F oven until doubled in size (about 20-30 min) 5. Shape to fit pizza pan 6. Top crust with the tomato sauce and desired toppings, ending with cheese.
