Rossi Turner, a native of Nashville, Tn, traveled

around the world to 25 countries on 4 continents. This odyssey covered a period of 290 consecutive days. This perhaps, wouldnt be such a big deal except that, he traveled alone and primarily over land. Sometimes his accommodations were of sterling quality while in Dubai and at other times he slept overnight on the oor of a train station in India. By any standard the journey is noteworthy. ]

When asked why he took the trip he responds, I went to visit the neighbors around the world. You can hear and learn more about his fascinating adventures when he presents Rossi on Safari for the Afro-American History and Genealogy Society, Nashville Chapter at the downtown public library. Selected photographs from the Rossifarian photo art gallery will also be displayed.
