Stage managers
-

Communicate with SDP committee for whats needed for the stage of the program in allocated time slot.

Make sure everything that needs to be on the stage is on the stage at the time when program starts

Confirmation of the plans from SDP committee Make sure hosts are there there on time before the program starts by having earlier call time

Make sure hosts know what to do/say during the program by briefing them Make sure technical team knows when and what to shoot during the program by briefing them

Communicate with the session heads and technical team regarding the requirements of their session

Make sure session heads does what their required to do Make sure crew has the flow of the program

Session heads Give the hosts the list of presenters, videos and short descriptions of each Contact video presenters and secure copies of their videos Forward videos to the technical team

Set-up projector and other technical requirements for presentations Test audio and visual components of the presentations Give the presenters and guests their respective call times Meet and bring the guests to the venue Keep time of the video presentations

Tasks:

Stage managers Tasked to coordinate the flow of the program Coordinates with the session heads for the requirements of the session Coordinates with SDP 2014 committee for requirements in the staging of the program Brief hosts on the flow of program -coordinates with the technical team the technical requirements of the program

Session heads Communicates with presenters for their actual presentations and technical requirements Forward to the technical team the technical requirements of the presenters Coordinate with stage managers the content of the session

Coordinate with guests and/or reactors of the session *remind them of the time of the session *meet them & bring them to venue
