Legacy Charter Academy 5th Grade News Week of April 6th 10th From the desk of Ms.

Sexton
Thank you to all families who attended our Family Night last week. It was great to see all the families together and participating in the activities throughout the school. Please remember that Homework is assigned daily and is due the following day. This allows our scholars to practice the skills learned in school each day. Remind your scholar to complete the Weekly Reading Log, in which your scholar should read for 30 minutes a night and reflect his/her thoughts in the log. Thank you for your help in educating your child! This weeks story in our Imagine It Reading Series is titled The Sparks Fly. Please review this story with your scholar by asking him/her to retell The Sparks Fly in his/her own words. Remember to practice writing, defining, spelling, and using our vocabulary words in a complete sentence daily. dissolve demonstration retirement donors inefficient electrocuted vents attracted charged insulators
