Financial Capacity of the Consultant

[The Consultants financial capacity to mobilize and sustain the Ser ices is imperati e. !n the "roposal# the Consultant is re$uired to pro ide information on its financial status. This re$uirement can be met by submission of one of the follo%in&' () audited financial statements for the last three *+) years# supported by audit letters# 2) certified financial statements for the last three *+) years# supported by ta, returns# or +) a copy of the Consultants -un . /radstreet 0/usiness !nformation 1eport2 */!1). The -un . /radstreet report must be either notarized# or accompanied by the follo%in& statement by the Consultant' 0! certify that the attached /usiness !nformation 1eport has been issued by -un . /radstreet %ithin thirty *+3) days of the date of this certification# that the report has not been altered in any %ay since its issuance# and that it is true and correct to the best of my 4no%led&e2 The statement must be si&ned by the authorized representati e of the Consultant. !f the "roposal is submitted by a 5oint enture# all parties of the 5oint enture are re$uired to submit their financial statements or -un . /radstreet /!1s. The reports should be submitted in the order of the associates si&nificance in the 5oint enture# &reatest to least. 6dditionally# the follo%in& financial data form shall be filled out for the Consultant and all named associates. The 7C6 Entity reser es the ri&ht to re$uest additional information about the financial capacity of the Consultant. 6 Consultant that fails to demonstrate throu&h its financial records that it has the financial capacity to perform the re$uired Ser ices may be dis$ualified.8
