The Maryland Coalition of Families for Children's Mental Health is hiring a part time position of Baltimore County LIFT

Youth Program Coordinator. Launching Individual Futures Together (LIFT) is a program providing communitybased Wraparound care coordination services to youth 13-17 years old with serious behavioral health issues in Baltimore County. The LIFT Youth Program Coordinator is a member of the LIFT Implementation team and a facilitator for the youth voice in the community and child-serving agencies. The LIFT Youth Program Coordinator empowers youth by providing peer support, advocacy, coaching, and social opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS Human Services/Psychology Background; Minimum of Associates degree Knowledge of laws and policy related to special education, mental health and other disabilities Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends as needed. Ability to work with youth and families from diverse cultural, religious, racial and socioeconomic backgrounds Personal experience with Mental Health/Behavioral Health Systems preferred
