    Work Shop Problem


    A work shop consisting of four machines receives jobs at EXPO (15) minutes rate. Jobs are composed of three different types of services depending on the coming raw material (A, B and C). It was estimated that 40% of jobs are A type, 35% B type, and 25% C type. Each type has different plan as follows:

    Transfer time between machines is expected to consume 3 minutes. Build a simulation model (by using Sequence module from the Advanced Transfer Panel) where each machine works 8-hour-shift. the model is simulated for 10 working days and 5 replications. Find the utilization level of the 4 different machines.
