Dear Ms. : I am interested in the Paraprofessional position that is being advertised in the Teton Valley News. I am friends with Deb Loudenslager who is a first grade teacher at your school. I have heard what a great leader you are and what a great school RUES is. I would enjoy being a part of your team. I believe each and every student is capable of learning and would love to help them succeed. I am a dedicated worker who has worked in the education field for the last 7 years. I enjoy working with children, especially those who need that extra support. I also bond with children with behavior problems, and become that person they can count on. I have a lot of experience with assessing students and finding what intervention works for that individual. I am a self-motivator, and someone who is willing to take on any task.
