Directions:

1. Choose 3-4 large apples. Peel apples then slice in half. Remove core and chop apple halves into
small cubes.

2. Mix sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, apple pie spice, vanilla extract and salt in a
large bowl.

3. Mix in eggs and add oil.

4. Mix in chopped apples.

5. Add extra ingredients (walnuts, coconut, nutmeg, etc.)

6. Add flour.

7. Mix until all lumps are gone and batter is smooth.

8. Grease bread or muffin pans and bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes.

9. Bread is done when toothpick or knife blade comes out clean.

~Serve hot or cold with butter or glaze with whipped cream cheese icing.
~Makes approximately 20 Servings (regular muffin size)
~Golden Delicious or baking apples are recommended.
