Annotated Bibliography Reflection

One important thing that I learned as a result of this assignment is how to make a collection of books based on there genre. I also learned that good books can even be old books/ books that were made a long time ago. By doing this assignment, it showed me that each genre has a lot of interesting books that have received many of aways and should be in every teachers classroom. The work and the thought that went into this assignment will help me as a teacher, because I now have a wide variety of collection of books that I can add to my personal classroom library that my students would love. I can connect this assignment to the Caldecott exercise, because both of these assignments gave details about books and their backgrounds. One question that I have related to this assignment is, what grade would it be appropriate to have students do a annotated bibliography themselves?
