To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Tyler Claar. I have had Tyler as a student in my chemistry and advanced chemistry classes at Western High School. During this time I have found Tyler to be a mature, hard-working, and talented student. Tyler turns in high quality assignments. I look forward to grading his work because he pays close attention to detail and is completely thorough in his responses. His ability to explain things clearly and concisely is exemplary. Tyler always performs well on his assessment. His tests and quizzes consistently rank at the top of the class. This shows his commitment to study, learn, and understand the material at a deep and enduring level. Tyler asks insightful and intelligent questions that show his desire to go beyond a superficial understanding of the content we are covering in class. He doesnt want to just get an A, he wants to understand how a process works and how it applies to real life. This type of intrinsic motivation is refreshing to see in a student. I know that Tyler is involved in many extra-curricular activities at school. It speaks well of his time management skills that he is able to juggle all of these activities successfully with a demanding class load. In addition to being a successful student, Tyler is a wonderful person of integrity. He is open and honest at all times. Tyler is respectful in every interaction he has with others. He has truly been a pleasure to teach. Tyler is one of those kids you wish every student could be like. Thank you for your consideration of this special young man. Please do not hesitate to ask if I can answer any additional questions for you regarding Tyler. Sincerely,
