Thank you for purchasing our product as well as sending our management staff the cookies.

The mixer that was mailed to our office was taken under close examination and our staff
concluded that the motor is not salvageable. Our staff found small amounts of dried food to be in
the housing. The mixer cannot be replaced due to the motor having water damage, which made
the warranty on the mixer invalid.

We are grateful that you chose our product, and because we are unable to repair/replace your
product we will be sending this letter with a 40% off coupon for a new Kitchen Wizard mixer.
