A compatibility report for the ATTENDANCE FORMATE.xls workbook shows that when saved in an earlier Excel file format, there would be a significant loss of functionality from conditional formatting in cell 'Sheet1'!A6 that uses data bars, color scales, or icon sets not supported in older versions. 3. The report also found minor loss of fidelity as some cells or styles would need conversion to the closest format
