Subject: Requested Documents for JPS Annual Volunteer Ceremony
We are proud to report that the documents for the John Peter Smith (JPS) Annual Volunteer
Ceremony to be held in May 6th, 2014, are complete. A total of five documents were created,
some of them specially tailored for the retiring JPS Auxiliary, as requested. Attached are
electronic copies of the following:
A PowerPoint and a commemorative brochure, both which include history and pictures of
the JPS Auxiliary.
Two flyers one for the ceremony in general and another as more of a salute to the JPS
Auxiliary.
An award certificate template.
All of these documents were created using the Microsoft Office programs (Word and
PowerPoint) and will ultimately be viewed and manipulated best in their respective program.
