Brief Description of Tech Tool: Signup Genius is an online tool used to organize class parties,
volunteers and even parent teacher conferences. It comes with very professional themes for you
to choose from, you select the theme and begin to build the signup. Invitations are sent out by SG
and people have the ability to signup online and you can print paper copies to have on hand for
someone to use in person.
Added feature: Signup Genius will send reminder emails to members and also allows people to
swap time slots among themselves if needed.
Technical & Cost considerations: There is a free option which I believe is very good. I
have only used the free option because I did not see any major benefit in the $99/ year
option.
