Louis Sachar

He was born in East Meadow, New York on March 20, 1954.

He moved to Tustin California.
He enjoyed school, but it wasn't until high school.
After high school, he attended Antioch College in Ohio.
He went to the university of California.
When he graduated, he wrote a children's book, which is Sideways Stories From Wayside
School.
It took him nine months to write the book.
He went to law school.
He got married in 1985.
They had a daughter, and lived in Texas with their dog.
He wrote a book called Small Steps.
