We reached at 1.45 pm at the restaurant. When we entered no one was at the entrance.

We went to
reception and waited there. After 1-2 minutes one associate came (may be restaurant manager) and
greeted us. He enquired about reservation. We confirmed our reservation .He asked about no of
people. As it was a busy session we are requested to wait for few minutes. At reception sitting
arrangement was good but not enough space for more guests as it was very busy time. We waited
for 4 minutes. Then staff came and escorted us to a table for 4 people. All the extra covers are
removed immediately. Mr Santosh came and greeted us. He offered menu for beverage, main
course and buffet. Water was served in 1 minute. Mr Santosh enquired if we would like to go for
buffet. He escorted us to buffet arrangement. He gave us a nice buffet arrangement. Veg and non
veg dishes were in the buffet arrangement. Two types of soups and dim sum, appetiser, rice,
noodles, desserts were in the buffet arrangement. We asked Mr. Santhosh to go for buffet. He
enquired we want to go for veg or non veg. He served us soup and dim sum on the table. We also
ordered for beverage which was served in 6 minutes. Soup was served in 4 minutes and dim sum
was served in 10 minutes. Pre meal drink not suggested. Water was refilling on time. Mr Jiten served
beverage and soup on our table. He was very friendly. He was also very energetic as he was
managing two more tables also. Manager was noticed inside the restaurant. He was interacting with
evry guest and was guiding the associate also. He enquired about the food to us. Mr Santosh also
asked about food taste. When we finished our meal asked for bill. It was presented in 2 minutes with
a comment card. We paid the bill and left the restaurant. Associate thanked us while leaving the
restaurant.
