The customers name is Joanna Logan.

Ms. Logan is requesting a repair or replacement on her Kitchen Wizard 69B that she bought 3
years ago in Ennis, Texas. Ms. Logan has voided the warranty on her blender by soaking the
motor in warm, soapy water after allowing bread dough to enter the motor housing.

I am taking care of the issue with Ms. Logans voided warranty. I will offer her a 35% off
coupon for her next purchase of one of our products.
