Domestic Violence should be made a priority in student outreach

Conclusion
Domestic violence is an all too common problem on American
college campuses. Demographically, ASU students are among the
most likely victims of domestic violence and it is an imperative
that both the administration and the student body address this
issue head on. Education is a key point in both preventing these
crimes and in helping its victims. ASU is currently dedicating
woefully inadequate resources to this issue and this must change.
Victims of domestic violence are unlikely to report these crimes,
unlikely to seek help and, with the dearth of available resources
on campus, are unlikely to find help when they do look for it.
