Billy the Kid Main Character The story will follow Billy throughout his adventures through
the Lincoln War. The players will watch his personality grow from a young minded outlaw to a
legend of the west. This is shown by the growth in confidence he gains later in the game.
John Tunstall Hero - Tunstall isnt in the story for too long, he is the first to die, this is the
pivotal point of the war. He is a middle to upper class citizen though he originally came from
London England. Tunstall is a quite polite in his brief appearance in the game.
James Dolan Villain Dolan was born in Ireland but moved to America later in his life. Dolan
and his men find and kill Tunstall. He also becomes a good friend with Brady and becomes his
deputy. Dolan goes against Billy and the regulators throughout the story. Dolan is quite upfront
and arrogant in the way he acts. He believes that he is better than everyone else.
William Brady Villain Antagonist Brady goes against Billy and the regulators. Brady was in
the Army for a number of years this means he is upfront about how he acted and spoke. Brady
is quite a corrupt lawmen hiring multiple deputies and turning a blind eye to their backgrounds.
Brady can be seen as quite a bully in the game and isnt afraid to pay and backstab to get the
job done.
Fred Waite Hero Waite worked as a farmer for Tunstall prior to the war, after Tunstalls
death Fred joins Billy in The Regulators. Although being in the gang Fred never actually kills
anyone. This shows he is quite a quiet man although he does want vengeance for his friends
death.
Dick Brewer Main character - Hero Brewer moved around a lot in the early years of his life
until he settled in Lincoln County. He started off as a farmer but moved onto working as cattle
foreman. He was the influential leader of the Regulators after Tunstalls death. Brewer formed
good friendships with the individuals in the Regulators. He was by far the most mature out of
the Regulators meaning he was the best to lead the gang. Brewer was a down to earth
individual but know how to assert himself when the time was needed.

Frank McNab Hero McNab is of Scottish origin he made his living as a cattle detective.
McNab fights with the Regulators on behalf of Tunstall. He starts off as second in command in
the Regulators behind Dick Brewer, but after Brewers death he gains control of the gang.
McNab is quite hot headed in the game and can be quick to judge and accuse others.
Constable Martinez Hero Martinez helps Billy the Kid and Fred Waite serve warrants, after
Tunstalls death. He is arrested along with Billy and Fred Waite. Martinez doesnt say much in
the game.
William McCloskey Hero McCloskey is a member of the Regulators. He is a quiet member of
the gang and like Fred Waite doesnt actually kill anyone. He sparks doubt in the gang when he
tries to stop Billy and Dick Brewer killing Morton and Baker. They believe he acted as a double
agent. McCloskey is seen as quiet and nervous character throughout the story but will stand up
for what he believes.
Manuel Segovia Villain Manuel Segovia is a Mexican outlaw in the gang The Seven Rivers
Warriors. Segovia kills Frank McNab, this sets him up to be tracked down and killed by The
Regulators. Segovia is a hardened outlaw and doesnt feel remorse for the killing of McNab. In
his time of death he remains true to The Seven Rivers Warriors.
George Hindman Villain George Hindman was another one of Bradys deputies he was
present at the attack on Billy the Kid and Tunstall. He is gunned down by Billy the Kid and the
rest of the Regulators. Compared to Brady and Dolan, Hindman is quite relaxed and quiet he
doesnt act like he is the best around unlike his companions. This doesnt mean that the
Regulators shown him mercy when he was gunned down.
Buckshot Roberts Villain - Andrew (Buckshot) Roberts started his life as texas ranger but soon
turned to the hunters life. He was hired by Dolan kill the Regulators should he encounter them.
It is only until he is leaving Lincoln that he actually encounters them and starts the battle of
Blazers Mill. Roberts was quite a stubborn man who spent most of his time alone.
Frank Coe Hero - Coe fights in the Lincoln War against Sheriff Bradys posse and the Jesse
Evans gang. Coe is fighting for vengeance for the murder of Tunstall. He is present with The
Regulators at Blazers Mill he confronts Roberts to try and make him surrender. This fails and a
gunfight breaks out. Coe isnt afraid of killing as he used to track and kill outlaws.
