olence and death.

Guns can give criminals leverage over
law-abiding citzens.
Gun Control isnt to take guns away
from law-abiding citzens, just make it
safer for the general populaton.
Not ofen do people need several mag-
azines of ammuniton to protect them-
selves from harm, so restrictng ammu-
niton or guns to revolvers would help
prevent mass shootngs signifcantly.
Law-abiding citzens would stll have
the same rights to bear arms and self-
defend, and huntng would stll be a le-
gal sport.
Stricter gun laws will not stop crimi-
nals from getng guns.
Citzens will not be more protected by
the prohibiton of guns, people kill
people.
Many situatons that involve gun vio-
lence involve frearms that are not le-
gally bought or registered, they are
either smuggled or stolen, so taking
them away wouldnt mater.
Banning guns will take protectons out
of the hands of law-abiding citzens.
People could kill other people with a
rock, its important to control the
minds of people frst, not guns.
Gun violence increased by 19% and
armed robberies by 69% in Australia
afer stricter gun laws were put in
place.
If we should ban guns because they
kill people, should we bad airplanes
because 3,000+ people were killed in
9/11?
