Project Proposal Reflection

The project that I chose to do, with ADP, I feel like has helped me in a few ways. I think
that this assignment has really shown me what it takes to work as a team, and to more effectively
communicate within the workplace and all facets of life. I believe that communication is a skill
that can always be improved, no matter what the individual uses those skills towards. It is like
playing guitar. If you dont constantly learn and improve your skills, you wont improve or
develop to become better. Without communication, there is no improvement in social,
workplace, or personal skills as far as getting messages across effectively. This project directly
correlates to this class because it is about teamwork, communication, efficiency, and being
concise. Those goals are part of what the idea of this course is. I am glad that I was able to do
this assignment for this class, and I look forward to the future with a better knowledge and
understanding of all types of communication.
