Unable to telnet to SAN Switch

ISSUE:
Symptoms:
Unable to telnet to SAN Switch
Error "Sorry, this system is engaged."
Environment:
SAN Switch
DSGGB-AB
SOLUTION:
Either: a) Establish who is connected to the switch and get them to disconnect or b) Close the telnet session using
the switch's OCP:
- Enter the configuration menu:
+ Press Enter (right switch)
- Select "Operation Menu"
+ Press Down (bottom switch) until Operation Menu appears
+ Press Enter (right switch)
- Select "Close Telnet Session"
+ Press Down (bottom switch) until Close Telnet Session appears
+ Press Enter (right switch)
+ Press Yes (left switch)
If still unable to telnet the switch then try rebooting the switch.
CAUSE:
You can only have one telnet session at a time accessing the switch.
