1. Tujuan:
Objective :
Prosedur ini dibuat untuk mengatur tata cara penyimpanan dan peminjaman dokumen surat
lamaran atau CV supaya terciptanya system dokumentasi yang rapi, memastikan surat lamaran
atau CV tersimpan dengan baik dan rapi, dan terjaganya data informasi data pelamar.

This procedure is designed to regulate lending procedures for document storage and job
application letter or curriculum vitae in order to create a neat system documentation, ensure
that job application letter or personal profile is stored properly and nealty, and preservation
of data information data of applicants.

This procedure is applicable and used in PT. Dean Shoes, in terms of PT. Dean Shoes

2.1. Penyimpanan dokumen surat lamaran pekerjaan yang meliputi kegiatan pengumpulan,
pemberian kode dan cek list, input data karyawan ke data base, penomoran dokumen,
sortir,simpan dokumen lamaran.

2.2. Peminjaman dokumen surat lamaran yang meliputi pengambilan, penyerahan dan pencatatan

Pengumpul
Pengumpul CV : Departemen HRD bagian rekruitmen yang ditunjuk bertanggung jawab atas
pengumpulan, pengidentifikasian, pemeriksaan dan penyimpanan dokumen;

dikumpulkan oleh bagian rekruitmen.

Surat lamaran pekerjaan diberi nomor dokumen, kode dokumen dan dicheck isi
dokumen surat lamaran.

pinjaman.

5.3.4. Catat surat
lamaran yang dipinjam dibuku peminjaman.

5.3.5. Peminjam dilarang melakukan hal hal yang dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan
dokumen surat lamaran pekerjaan secara fisik maupun informasinya, seperti
