Music Therapy Social Skills Group

Presented by
WHO: Children with autism and related disorders (ages 4-12).
WHAT: This program will consist of six weekly, 30-minute sessions. The music therapy interventions
applied will address appropriate social interaction by targeting sharing and turn-taking between peers,
following directions and listening skills. Music therapy provides a fun and interactive environment
to address non-music related goals while allowing participants to be a part of a music experience.
Documentation will be provided regarding your childs progress at the conclusion of the program.

WHEN: Wednesdays, June 18 - July 23, 2014
1:30-2:00PM (Ages 4-7) | 2:00-2:30PM (Ages 8-12)
COST: $120 for all 6 sessions
REGISTER: Completed registration forms with payment are due no later than June 1, 2014.

There must be between 4 to 6 children registered in order for each group to run successfully.
A waiting list will be created if interest exceeds more than 6 children per group.
