Allocate the work:
Each week assigned roles will change. Every group member will be
assigned a different role at least once.
Week 1:
Cristina Munoz: Facilitator
Carolina Aguirre: Technical expert and Wildcard
Rachel Reyes: Recorder and Reporter
Group Meetings:
We will meet every Friday at 12:30 to brainstorm ideas about upcoming
assignment, and keep in contact about any changes through email. In the first
meeting work will be divided equally. Before group meeting each member is
responsible for reading and understanding the assignment.
Another group meeting will be the day before the assignment is due. By
this day all work assigned to each team member must be completed. In the
last meeting we will put everything together and take it to the writing center.
For every assignment there will be a different person in charge of turning in
the assignment for that week. The person that is responsible for turning in the
assignment will make any modification the writing center recommends and
will turn in assignment before deadline.
Tardiness:
Since we will only meet twice it is important for all group members to be
on time. No more than 15 minutes (late?) will be acceptable. If group member
arrives later than 15 minutes they will not be able to attend the meeting and
other group members will come up with a role for them to complete as part of
the assignment.
Absences:
If a group member is not able to attend one of the group meetings, they
must take charge and start off the assignment before the rest of the group
meets. After 1 unexcused absence, the group will notify the instructor and
possibility member will be removed from the group.
Unprepared group members:
The group members should present their ideas in the first meeting. By
the second meeting all work to each members must be completed. Failure to
comply a report will be sent to the instructor about the member . If a group
member is unprepared more than twice, the group will notify the instructor
and the offending group member will be removed.
Missed deadlines:
It is important for every group member to be on top of deadlines. Each
deadline will be one day before the assignment is due. If a group member
misses the deadline the group must complete the rest of the assignment and
that group member will have a major part for the next assignment. If a group
member misses the deadline more than twice, the group will notify the
instructo, offending group member will be removed.

***If a group member does not comply with rules after signing the contract.
They will be kicked out of the group. If group member is late, doesnt turn in
work, is unprepared or does not show up to meeting they will be kicked out of
the group.
