Dear Student,

The Executive Committee of the Gamma Beta Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi extends an invitation
to you for membership in our organization. The Gamma Beta Chapter was established at
Bloomsburg University on February 21, 1931.

Kappa Delta Pi is an international honor society in education that offers affiliation to individuals
who have exhibited academic excellence and leadership. Nationally,
Kappa Delta Pi is distinguished as the largest honor society in education with over 550 chapters
and 60,000 members in the United States and fourteen international countries.

An orientation meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 27
th
, from 8:30-9:30 P.M. in the
Student Services Center Room 004. At that time you will be introduced to the organization and
its activities. It is mandatory that you attend this meeting if you wish to become a member this
semester. Membership will also be offered next spring if you are unable to make it to our
orientation this semester.
