INITIATIVE & FLEXIBILITY

During my junior year I showed a lot of initiative and

flexibility by being an Executive Officer for Student Council
and also being the FFA chapter Treasurer. By being a leader in
both I had to become very flexible with my time and learn to do
many projects at the same time. For both of the groups many
events take place at the same time, around large events in the
community like Homecoming. During these times I had to be
very flexible and able to do my part in the planning at other
times and split my times at the events so that I could be at both. I
took the initiative because I wanted to increase my leadership
skills and also be able to lead both of the groups.
