1. Introduction
Hi, we are a group of students from Univ. Catlica and we want to ask you a few simple
and quick questions. Were developing a business idea for the Lean Entrepreneurship
course which is essentially a Panzerotti food cart. Panzerottis are a very popular snack
in Italy, they resemble a small calzone pizza. This will only take 10-15 minutes.
2. Segmentation questions
a) Gender?
b) Would you mind telling us your age?
c) Where are you from? (country, city)
d) Do you hang out frequently in downtown Lisbon area?
e) How often do you go out at night with your friends?
3. Hypothesis confirmation questions
VP01. What are your thoughts on getting something to eat after getting together with
your friends on Friday or Saturday night or even during that time?
How often do you wish you had a quick and delicious snack during this period?
Do you do anything about it?
VP02. What do you think about going to a place for something to eat that only offers
a single line of product, meaning that you could only chose between different
types of hamburgers, or different types of sandwiches for instance. Would this be
an issue for you and why?
VP03. Tells us how you feel about going somewhere to eat that is based on a mobile
platform, meaning a food truck or a food cart right on the middle of the street.
What is your opinion on this concept and how do you compare it to a physical
store-type?
VP04. A brand new and innovative restaurant opens in town.
