Francois Mitterand

He started as a right wing and then eventually moved towards the left and stayed there which implies
that he did not rely on force but used persuasion to give him the political sway he needed to be
reelected for his second term.
His programs were not very successful but he was generally successful
Wanted to implement social and economic reforms to fix the staggering economy
Nationalize other banks and other businesses
However this wasnt very successful
He was not a strong socialist candidate but when socialists began to lose sway, he made way to
reestablish them as more prominent
Reelected twice win by popular election

His work is for the good, he attempted to reform the economy after the war and help the people by
establishing left wing economic policies.
It can also be assumed that because he was elected again for popular vote means that he was successful
with his welfare program.
He also wanted his country to do well, continuing work in the office even being diagnosed with prostate
cancer

In such countries, genocide is not too important
