HOW IT WORKS
The Printer, PMS System , Door and vehicle access system , and CCTV recordings will be
connected to the server pc.

The Users (Govin and Farah) will be given permissions to access the PMS system as it is being
accessed currently.

The CCTV recording will take place in secondary hard drive in server pc which will have the space
of 1TB

The main hard drive will be partitioned into two .

The first partition will includes OS , antivirus program , door and vehicle access system, and PMS
system( 500 GB)

The second partition will be used as a backup storage for saving important files and data.(500GB)
