These license terms are an agreement between Microsoft Corporation (or based on where you live, one of its affiliates) and
you. Please read them. They apply to the software named above, which includes the media on which you received it, if any.
The terms also apply to any Microsoft

,. Li&ense M)e*. The software is licensed on a per copy per device basis.
0. INSTALLATION AND USE RI12TS.
#. Li&ense) De+i&e. The licensed device is the device on which you use the software. ,ou may install and use one
copy of the software on the licensed device.
,. In&*u)e) Mi&$s!t 3$g$#(s. The software contains other Microsoft programs. These license terms apply to
your use of those programs.
4. ADDITIONAL LICENSIN1 RE5UIREMENTS AND6OR USE RI12TS.
#. Re(te A&&ess. ,ou may access and use the software remotely from another device as described below.
Primary user . The single primary user of the device hosting the remote des+top session may access and use
the software remotely from any other device. -o other person may use the software under the same license at
the same time e.cept to provide support services.
-on!primary users . /ny user may access and use the software remotely from a separately licensed device.
(emote assistance . ,ou may allow other devices to access the software to provide you with support services.
,ou do not need additional licenses for this access.
4. MICROSOFT .NET FRAMEWORK BENC2MARK TESTIN1. The software includes the .-0T *ramewor+ component of
the 1indows operating systems (2.-0T Component3). ,ou may conduct internal benchmar+ testing of the .-0T
Component. ,ou may disclose the results of any benchmar+ test of the .-0T Component, provided that you comply with
the following terms4 (5) you must disclose all the information necessary for replication of the tests, including complete
and accurate details of your benchmar+ testing methodology, the test scripts$cases, tuning parameters applied,
hardware and software platforms tested, the name and version number of any third party testing tool used to conduct the
testing, and complete source code for the benchmar+ suite$harness that is developed by or for you and used to test both
the .-0T Component and the competing implementation(s)6 (7) you must disclose the date (s) that you conducted the
benchmar+ tests, along with specific version information for all Microsoft software products tested, including the .-0T
Component6 (8) your benchmar+ testing was performed using all performance tuning and best practice guidance set
forth in the product documentation and$or on Microsoft"s support web sites, and uses the latest updates, patches and
fi.es available for the .-0T Component and the relevant Microsoft operating system6 (9) it shall be sufficient if you ma+e
the disclosures provided for above at a publicly available location such as a website, so long as every public disclosure
of the results of your benchmar+ test e.pressly identifies the public site containing all re:uired disclosures6 and (;)
nothing in this provision shall be deemed to waive any other right that you may have to conduct benchmar+ testing. The
foregoing obligations shall not apply to your disclosure of the results of any customi<ed benchmar+ test of the .-0T
Component, whereby such disclosure is made under confidentiality in con=unction with a bid re:uest by a prospective
customer, such customer"s application(s) are specifically tested and the results are only disclosed to such specific
customer. -otwithstanding any other agreement you may have with Microsoft, if you disclose such benchmar+ test
results, Microsoft shall have the right to disclose the results of benchmar+ tests it conducts of your products that compete
with the .-0T Component, provided it complies with the same conditions above.
7. INTERNET8BASED SER/ICES. Microsoft provides nternet!based services with the software. t may change or cancel
them at any time.
#. Cnsent !$ Inte$net8B#se) Se$+i&es. Certain features in the software may connect to Microsoft or third party
service provider computer systems over the nternet. n some cases, you will not receive a separate notice when
they connect. ,ou may switch off these features or not use them. *or more information about these features, see the
software documentation. >y using these features, you consent to the transmission of this information. Microsoft does
not use the information to identify or contact you.
,. Misuse ! Inte$net8,#se) Se$+i&es. ,ou may not use these services in any way that could harm them or impair
anyone else"s use of them. ,ou may not use the services to try to gain unauthori<ed access to any service, data,
account or networ+ by any means.
9. SCO3E OF LICENSE. The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the
software. Microsoft reserves all other rights. %nless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you
may use the software only as e.pressly permitted in this agreement. n doing so, you must comply with any technical
limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways. *or more information, see

wor+ around any technical limitations in the software6
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, e.cept and only to the e.tent that applicable law
e.pressly permits, despite this limitation6
ma+e more copies of the software than specified in this agreement or allowed by applicable law, despite this

publish the software for others to copy6
rent, lease or lend the software6 or
use the software for commercial software hosting services.
:. BACKU3 CO3Y. ,ou may ma+e one bac+up copy of the software. ,ou may use it only to reinstall the software.
;. DOCUMENTATION. /ny person that has valid access to your computer or internal networ+ may copy and use the
documentation for your internal, reference purposes.
<. E=3ORT RESTRICTIONS. The software is sub=ect to %nited #tates e.port laws and regulations. ,ou must comply with
all domestic and international e.port laws and regulations that apply to the software. These laws include restrictions on
destinations, end users and end use. *or additional information, see www.microsoft.com$e.porting.
.0. SU33ORT SER/ICES. Microsoft provides support services for the software as described at
www.support.microsoft.com$common$international.asp..
... ENTIRE A1REEMENT. This agreement (including the warranty below), and the terms for supplements, updates,
nternet!based services and support services that you use, are the entire agreement for the software and support
services.
.0. A33LICABLE LAW.
#. Unite) St#tes. f you ac:uired the software in the %nited #tates, 1ashington state law governs the interpretation of
this agreement and applies to claims for breach of it, regardless of conflict of laws principles. The laws of the state
where you live govern all other claims, including claims under state consumer protection laws, unfair competition
laws, and in tort.
,. Outsi)e the Unite) St#tes. f you ac:uired the software in any other country, the laws of that country apply.
.4. LE1AL EFFECT. This agreement describes certain legal rights. ,ou may have other rights under the laws of your state
or country. ,ou may also have rights with respect to the party from whom you ac:uired the software. This agreement
does not change your rights under the laws of your state or country if the laws of your state or country do not permit it to
do so.

This limitation applies to
anything related to the software, services, content (including code) on third party nternet sites, or third party
programs6 and
claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict liability, negligence, or other tort to
the e.tent permitted by applicable law.

repair, replacement or a refund for the software does not fully compensate you for any losses6 or
Microsoft +new or should have +nown about the possibility of the damages.
#ome states do not allow the e.clusion or limitation of incidental or conse:uential damages, so the above limitation or
e.clusion may not apply to you. They also may not apply to you because your country may not allow the e.clusion or

*i(ite) "#$$#nty. #ome states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations may

C. E=CLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY. This warranty does not cover problems caused by your acts (or failures to act), the
acts of others, or events beyond Microsoft"s reasonable control.
