What special situations should the intern be aware of, if any, during the internship?

There are select students who have difficulty learning who have not yet been identified as special
education, or given IEPs.

In a paragraph or two, reflect upon the information youve researched above. How will it affect the
learning environment? How will you as an intern have to change your teaching techniques or style
in order to accommodate learning? What is your first impression of this class?

There will be times when students are working on different assignments meant for their capabilities and challenge
needs. I will need to be calm and understanding to the kids who have difficulties with learning and
maintaining the material. My first impression of the class was that they are all sweet and smart in their
own ways.
