Purple Charm Quilt

Hello, quilting friends!

This is a QUILT TREE: there is no money involved.

It should be a lot of fun for those of us who like to quilt.
Please send (2) 6” squares to the first person on the list
below. That fabric can be print, checked, floral, or solid, anything-
but it must be 100% cotton and PURPLE.
Remove the name of the person to whom you send the
fabric and then add your name on the bottom of the list below
mine. Then, please make four copies of this letter and send it to
four friends. With each letter, include (2) 6” squares of your
purple fabric.
Altogether, you should receive 72 squares in return, if no
one breaks the chain! That should be enough to make a quilt. It
will be fun to see where the squares come from and what they will
look like when you sew them together.
Please try to do this within a week. If you do not wish to
participate, then please return the squares so that it does not
spoil the fun.
