Our Solution
Have assemblies starting from 6
th
grade 12
th

grade explaining the risk factors and
consequences of becoming a teen parent.
The girls and boys in each grade would have
separate assemblies for the topic. We dont
want the girls and boys to be grouped together
for the assembly.
Giving the assembly speeches would be the
health educator in the school. Also, we would
have teen mothers and teen parents come in
and speak and share their story.
This would give the students a chance to listen
and hear an actual story. Hoping this would
make the students realize the risks and
consequences of becoming a teen parent.

their child
