INSTALLATION
===========
* Run "ICA Installer.vbs" file. You must get a prompt that "ICA is successfully
installed on your system."
(This will install ICA and create 2 shortcuts on desktop: i) ICA ii) ICA Configu
rator)
* Run "ICA" shortcut that is created on the desktop.
UNINSTALLATION
===========
* Run "ICA Uninstaller.vbs" file. You must get a prompt that "ICA is successfull
y uninstalled from your system."
IBM Claim Assistant users upgrading to version2.0
=====================================
* Run "ICA Uninstaller.vbs" file. You must get a prompt that "ICA is successfull
y uninstalled from your system."
* Run "ICA Installer.vbs" file. You must get a prompt that "ICA is successfully
installed on your system."
(This will create 2 shortcuts on desktop: i) ICA ii) ICA Configurator)
* Run the "ICA" shortcut that is created on the desktop.
Using ICA Configurator
================
* Run the "ICA Configurator" shortcut on desktop to configure the claim notifica
tion cycle of ICA based on your requirement.
IMPORTANT NOTE:

Claim notification cycle of ICA: It is the 3 day cycle that ICA uses for notific
ation. By default it is: Mon-Tue-Wed. However, you can use ICA Configurator to c
hange the cycle.
1) After the installation is done, ICA will always notify you based on your i) c
laim submission status and ii) claim notification cycle of ICA
2) ICA automatically starts/sleeps even if you shut down/hibernate/stand by your
system. You are not required to EVER start ICA program manually. It is register
ed to the computer memory on system bootup!
3) After installation, if no notification is provided then ICA is in sleep mode
because either i) your claim is submitted for current weekending or 2) the curre
nt day is not in claim notification cycle.
