202-60 (resting heart rate)=142 bpm (heart rate reserve)
142 x 60%= 85 + 65=140 bpm
Recovery Zone (60-70%) = 130-150
142 x 70% = 90 + 65 = 155
Aerobic Zone (70-80%) = 150-170
142 x 80% = 114 + 65 = 179
Anerobic Zone (80-90%) = 170-190
