Ngy nay xu hng hi nhp kinh t quc t v l mt trong nhng xu th

Mc tiu ca ti ny l: nh gi v phn tch thc trng hot ng kinh
doanh dch v hng ha xut nhp khu ti cng ty CP CONTINENTIAL
LOGISTICS (CON-LOG) a ra cc gii php hu hiu nhm nng cao
hiu qu giao nhn hng ha xut nhp khu cng nh cht lng dch v
ti Cng ty CP CON-LOG

1.1 L DO CHN TI
Ngy nay, xu hng hi nhp kinh t quc t v khu vc l mt trong
nhng xu th m bt k mt quc gia hay lnh th no cng u hng ti
gp phn pht trin t nc ca mnh. Bi vy, mt trong nhng con
ng a t nc n vi hi nhp kinh t quc t chnh l ngoi
thng, mt hot ng ng vai tr ht sc quan trng trong vic pht
trin kinh t, gp phn nng cao v th quc gia trn trng quc t. Nu v

(Forwarder) cn gp phi qu nhiu cn tr: s cnh tranh ngy cng gay
gt gia cc Forwarder vi nhau, cnh tranh gia hng tu vi Forwarder
v s tin tng ca khch hng i vi cc Forwarder cn thp.
Vic ra i trong bi cnh nn kinh t Th Gii v Vit Nam ang dn
phc hi sau khng hong ti chnh ton cu 2008 l c hi ln cho Cng

li. Tuy nhin kh khn ln nht m cng ty CON-LOG gp phi l
thng hiu, kinh nghim cn tr khin cho kh nng cnh tranh ca
CON-LOG cn thp. Trong , yu t cnh tranh ch yu m bt k mt

hng trong lnh vc giao nhn vn ti theo tiu ch: hiu qu nht, tit kim
nht v an ton nht. V vy, em mnh dn tm hiu ti: CC GII

TI CNG TY C PHN CONTINENTIAL LOGISTICS (CON-LOG)
Vi ti ny em s lm r c thc trng, cc u, nhc im, c hi,
v thch thc i vi ca cng ty CON-LOG. T em s ra cc gii
php nhm nng cao cht lng dch v v hiu qu hot ng dch v
giao nhn cho cng ty CON-LOG.

1.2 MC CH NGHIN CU

1.3 I TNG NGHIN CU

1.4 PHM VI NGHIN CU
1.4.1 Khng gian
Phm vi ca ti ch yu lin quan n cc hot ng kinh doanh dch
v logistics ca cng ty Continential Logistics v kt hp vi cc i
tng l khch hng ca cng ty Con-Log Corp k c nam v n k c
nhn vin hay qun l lm vic ti b phn xut nhp khu ca Doanh
nghip. Tt c cc i tng l i tc ca cng ty ti thi im kho st.
tui t 22 tr ln v tng s mu tr li bng cu hi kho st l 110.
1.4.2 Thi gian
Cc s liu trong ti c ly t nm 2010 n nm 2012 ca cng ty
c phn Continential Logistics (s 1/26, ng Thng Long, phng 4,
Qun Tn bnh, Thnh Ph H Ch Minh, Vit Nam)

1.5 PHNG PHP NGHIN CU

1.5.1 Phng php nghin cu nh tnh:
Trong ti em s phn tch thc trng hiu qu tnh hnh giao nhn ti
CON-LOG ng thi l a ra nhng phn tch im mnh, im yu, c
hi v thch thc ca cng ty trong hot ng giao nhn, ch ra nhng tiu
ch khc nhau nh gi hot ng giao nhn hng ha xut nhp khu
ti cng ty CON-LOG. Ngoi ra trong ti bo co cng phn tch c
nhng thiu st cn tn ti ca cng ty. Kt qu ca nghin cu ny s
c ghi nhn, tng hp v l c s cho vic thit k bng cu hi dng
trong nghin cu chnh thc. Phng php thng k s liu thng qua cc
s liu c th t cng ty nhm gip cho vic phn tch, nhn xt, nh gi
d dng hn v chnh xc hn.
1.5.2 Phng php nghin cu nh lng:
Kho st thc t bng bng cu hi v mc hi long ca khch hng i
vi sn phm dch v ca cng ty Con-Log: dung phn mm SPSS
phn tch s liu thu thp v phn tch theo yu cu ca ti cng nh
yu cu ca bo co tt nghip c t ra. Mu c chn bng
phng php ngu nhin vi kch thc n=110(tin hnh kho st bng

2.1 KHI NIM CHUNG V DCH V GIAO NHN
2.1.1 Dch v giao nhn v vai tr ca dch v giao nhn trong
thng mi quc t
2.1.1.1 Giao nhn hng ha l g?
Dch v giao nhn hng ho l hnh vi thng mi, theo ngi lm
dch v giao nhn hng ho nhn hng t ngi gi, t chc vic vn chuyn,
lu kho, lu bi, lm cc th tc giy t v cc dch v khc c lin quan
giao hng cho ngi nhn theo s u thc ca ch hng, ca ngi vn ti,
hoc ca ngi lm dch v giao nhn khc (gi chung l khch hng).
Trong xu th thng mi ton cu ho cng vi s pht trin nhiu hnh
thc vn ti mi trong nhng thp nin qua. Ngy nay, ngi lm dch v giao
nhn hng ho gi vai tr quan trng trong vn ti v bun bn quc t.
Nhng dch v ngi giao nhn thc hin khng ch dng li cc cng vic
c bn truyn thng nh t ch ng hng, ni dng kim tra hng ho,
giao nhn hng ho m cn thc hin nhng dch v chuyn nghip hn nh
t vn chn tuyn ng vn chuyn, chn tu vn ti, ng gi bao b hng
ho, .v.v...

Theo lut thng mi Vit Nam nm 2005: Thay Giao nhn hng ha bng
cm t Logistics v c nh ngha nh sau: "Logistics l qu trnh ti u
ha v v tr v thi im, vn chuyn v d tr ngun ti nguyn t im u
tin ca chui cung ng cho n tay ngi tiu dng cui cng, thng qua
hng lot cc hot ng kinh t. Logistics bao gm mi hot ng kinh doanh
lin quan n vn ti, lu kho, lu bi, sn xut hng ha sn sng cho qu
trnh vn ti, bao b ng gi, ghi k m hiu, nhn hiu v phn phi i cc
ni theo yu cu ca ngi tiu dng. Logistics ti u ha cc hot ng trn
nhm gip cho qu trnh thc hin mt cc hiu qu.
2.1.1.2 Li ch ca dch v Logistics i vi s pht trin ca thng mi

Theo thng k ca mt s t chc nghin cu v logistics cng nh Vin
nghin cu logistics ca M cho bit, chi ph cho hot ng logistics chim ti
khong 10-13% GDP cc nc pht trin, con s ny cc nc ang pht
trin th cao hn khong 15-20%. Theo thng k ca mt nghin cu, hot
ng logistics trn th trng Trung Quc tng trng vi tc bnh qun l
33%/1 nm v Brazil l 20%/1 nm. iu ny cho thy chi ph cho logistics
l rt ln. V vy vi vic hnh thnh v pht trin dch v logistics l rt ln.
Nn vic hnh thnh v pht trin dch v logistics s gip cc doanh nghip
cng nh ton b nn kinh t quc dn gim c chi ph trong chui
logistics, lm cho qu trnh sn xut kinh doanh tinh gin hn v t hiu qu
hn. Gim chi ph trong sn xut, qu trnh sn xut kinh doanh tinh gin, hiu
qu sn xut kinh doanh c nng cao gp phn tng sc cnh tranh ca
doanh nghip trn th trng. Thc t nhng nm qua ti cc nc Chu u,
chi ph logistics gim xung rt nhiu v cn c xu hng gim na trong
cc nm ti.

ph lu thng. Chi ph lu thng hng ha, ch yu l ph vn ti chim mt t

chim trung bnh 10-15% gi FOB, hay 8-9% gi CIF. M vn ti l yu t

gi tr xut khu ca mt s nc khng c ng b bin.

Dch v logistics gp phn gia tng gi tr kinh doanh ca cc doanh
nghip vn ti giao nhn
Dch v logistics l loi hnh dch v c quy m m rng v phc tp hn
nhiu so vi hot ng vn ti giao nhn thun ty. Trc kia, ngi kinh
doanh dch v vn ti giao nhn ch cung cp cho khch hng nhng dch v
n gin, thun ty v n l. Ngy nay, do s pht trin ca sn xut, lu
thng, cc chi tit ca mt sn phm c th do nhiu quc gia cung ng v
ngc li mt loi sn phm ca doanh nghip c th tiu th ti nhiu quc
gia, nhiu th trng khc nhau, v vy dch v m khch hng yu cu t
ngi kinh doanh vn ti giao nhn phi a dng v phong ph. Ngi vn ti
giao nhn ngy nay trin khai cung cp cc dch v nhm p ng yu cu
thc t ca khch hng. H tr thnh ngi cung cp dch v logistics
(logistics service provider). R rng, dch v logistics gp phn lm gia
tng gi tr kinh doanh ca cc doanh nghip vn ti giao nhn.
Theo kinh nghim nhng nc pht trin cho thy, thng qua vic s dng
dch v logistics trn gi, cc doanh nghip sn xut c th rt ngn thi gian
t lc nhn n hng cho n lc giao sn phm cho khch hng t 5-6 thng
xung cn 2 thng. Kinh doanh dch v ny c t sut li nhun cao gp 3-4
ln sn xut v gp t 1-2 ln cc dch v ngoi thng khc.
Logistics pht trin gp phn m rng th trng trong bun bn quc

Sn xut c mc ch l phc v tiu dng, cho nn trong sn xut kinh doanh,
vn th trng lun l vn quan trng v lun c cc nh sn xut v
kinh doanh quan tm. Cc nh sn xut kinh doanh mun chim lnh v m
rng th trng cho sn phm ca mnh phi cn s h tr ca dch v
logistics. Dch v logistics c tc dng nh chic cu ni trong vic chuyn
dch hng ha trn cc tuyn ng mi n cc th trng mi ng yu cu
v thi gian v a im t ra. Dch v logistics pht trin c tc dng rt ln
trong vic khai thc v m rng th trng kinh doanh cho cc doanh nghip.

Thc tin, mt giao dch trong bun bn quc t thng phi tiu tn cc loi
giy t, chng t. Theo c tnh ca Lin Hp Quc, chi ph v giy t
phc v mi mt giao dch thng mi trn th gii hng nm vt qu 420
t USD. Theo tnh ton ca cc chuyn gia, ring cc loi giy t, chng t
rm r hng nm khon chi ph tiu tn cho n cng chim ti hn 10% kim
ngch mu dch quc t, nh hng rt ln ti cc hot ng bun bn quc
t. Logistics cung cp cc dch v a dng trn gi c tc dng gim rt
nhiu cc chi ph cho giy t, chng t trong bun bn quc t. Dch v vn
ti a phng thc do ngi kinh doanh dch v logistics cung cp loi b
i rt nhiu chi ph cho giy t th tc, nng cp v chun ha chng t cng
nh gim khi lng cng vic vn phng trong lu thng hng ha, t
nng cao hiu qu bun bn quc t.
Ngoi ra, cng vi vic pht trin logistics in t (electronic logistics) s to
ra cuc cch mng trong dch v vn ti v logistics, chi ph cho giy t,
chng t trong lu thng hng ha cng c gim ti mc ti a, cht lng
dch v logistics ngy cng c nng cao s thu hp hn na cn tr v mt
khng gian v thi gian trong dng lu chuyn nguyn vt liu v hng ha.

2.1.2 Quyn hn v trch nhim ca Cng ty cung cp dch v giao
nhn
Khi l i l ca ch hng: Ty theo chc nng ca ngi giao nhn phi thc
hin y cc ngha v ca mnh theo hp ng k kt v phi chu trch
nhim v:
+ Giao hng khng ng ch dn
+ Thiu st trong vic mua bo him cho hng ho mc d c hng dn.
+ Thiu st trong khi lm th tc hi quan
+ Ch hng n sai ni quy nh
+ Giao hng cho ngi khng phi l ngi nhn
+ Giao hng m khng thu tin t ngi nhn hng
+Ti xut khng theo nhng th tc cn thit hoc khng hon li thu
+ Nhng thit hi v ti sn v ngi ca ngi th ba m anh ta gy nn. Tuy
nhin, chng ta cng cn ch ngi giao nhn khng chu trch nhim v
hnh vi li lm ca ngi th ba nh ngi chuyn ch hoc ngi giao nhn
khc... nu anh ta chng minh c l la chn cn thit.

Khi lm i l ngi giao nhn phi tun th iu kin kinh doanh tiu
chun (Standard Trading Conditions) ca mnh
Khi l ngi chuyn ch (carrier)
Khi l mt nhn vin giao nhn ng vai tr l mt nh thu c lp, nhn
danh cng ty chu trch nhim cung cp cc dch v m khch hng yu cu.
Nhn vin phi chu trch nhim v nhng hnh vi v li lm ca ngi
chuyn ch, ca ngi giao nhn khc m anh ta thu thc hin hp ng
vn ti nh th l hnh vi v thiu st ca mnh. Quyn li, ngha v v trch
nhim ca anh ta nh th no l do lut l ca cc phng thc vn ti quy
nh. Ngi chuyn ch thu khch hng khon tin theo gi c ca dch v
m anh ta cung cp ch khng phi l tin hoa hng.
Ngi giao nhn ng vai tr l ngi chuyn ch khng ch trong trng hp
anh ta t vn chuyn hng ho bng cc phng tin vn ti ca chnh mnh
(perfoming carrier) m cn trong trng hp anh ta, bng vic pht hnh
chng t vn ti ca mnh hay cch khc, cam kt m nhn trch nhim ca
ngi chuyn ch (ngi thu chuyn ch - contracting carrier). Khi ngi
giao nhn cung cp cc dch v lin quan n vn ti nh ng gi, lu kho,
b xp hay phn phi..... th ngi giao nhn s chu trch nhim nh ngi
chuyn ch nu ngi giao nhn thc hin cc dch v trn bng phng tin
ca mnh hoc ngi giao nhn cam kt mt cch r rng hay ng l h
chu trch nhim nh mt ngi chuyn ch.
Khi ng vai tr l ngi chuyn ch th cc iu kin kinh doanh tiu chun
thng khng p dng m p dng cc cng c quc t hoc cc quy tc do

Ngoi ra, ngi giao nhn khng chu trch nhim v mt khon li ng l
khch hng c hng v s chm ch hoc giao nhn sai a ch m khng
phi do li ca mnh.

2.1.3 Phm vi cc dch v giao nhn
2.1.3.1 i din cho ngi xut khu
Ngi giao nhn vi nhng tho thun c th s gip khch hng ca mnh
(ngi xut khu) nhng cng vic sau:
- La chn truyn ng vn ti.
- t/ thu a im ng hng theo yu cu ca ngi vn ti.

2.1.3.2 i din cho ngi nhp khu
Ngi giao nhn vi nhng tho thun c th s gip khch hng ca mnh
(ngi nhp khu) nhng cng vic sau:
- Theo di qu trnh vn chuyn hng ho trong trng hp ngi
nhp khu chu trch nhim v chi ph vn chuyn.
- Nhn v kim tra tt c cc chng t lin quan n qu trnh vn
chuyn hng ho.

- Giao hng ho cho ngi nhp khu.
- Gip ngi nhp khu trong vic khiu ni i vi nhng tn tht,
mt mt ca hng ho.
2.1.3.3 Cc dch v giao nhn khc
Ngoi cc dch v k trn, ngi giao nhn cn cung cp cc dch v khc
theo yu cu ca khch hng nh dch v gom hng, t vn cho khch hng v
th trng mi, tnh hung cnh tranh, chin lc xut khu, cc iu kin
giao hng ph hp, v.v.
2.2 NHNG YU T TC NG N HIU QUKINH DOANH
DCH V GIAO NHN HNG HA
2.2.1 yu t v gi
Trong mi trng cnh tranh khc lit v ngnh ny, khi cc cng ty v tp

cng ty ln lm ch c phng tin nn lun xy dng mc gi cnh tranh
khin cho cc doanh nghip nh hn, thiu thn phng tin phi i thu hay
mua li gp kh khn trong vic nh ra mc gi cnh tranh, v iu ny lm
cho vn tm kim khch hng gp nhiu kh khn, thm ch mt khch
hng ang c lm nh hng n doanh thu v ci cang nh hng n
hiu qu kinh daonh dch v giao nhn hng ha.
2.2.2 cht lng dch v logistics
Trong hot ng dch v giao nhn hng ha xut nhp khu, quy trnh thc
hin chui dch v v cng quan trng, y l tiu chun quy trnh cng vic
m bt c cc doanh nghip ln hay nh trong hay ngoi nc u phi d a

2.2.4 Tim nng ngun nhn lc

3.1 TNG QUAN V VN NGHIN CU
Trong xu hng pht trin kinh t mang tnh ton cu, dch v v logistics l
mt trong nhng vn c quan tm ca hu ht tt c cc quc gia trn th
gii. Nh loi hnh dch v ny m cc hot dng giao thng lin quan n
hot ng xut nhp khu gia cc quc gia c gia tng ng k. Do vic
nng cao cht lng v hiu qu i vi loi hnh dch v ny c nhiu tc
gi v cc nh nhin cu tp trung khai thc cng nh phn tch nh gi di
nhiu gic khc nhau.
Trn th gii vic nng cao cht lng dch v logistics c nghin cu t
nhng nm 1990 nh: Ballou (2004) a ra quan im v chi ph v hiu qu
qun l dch v logistics. Mentzer et al (2004) v Richey et al (2007) nghin
cu v s hi lng ca khch hng v s trung thnh i vi hot ng
logistics. i vi Chapman et al (2003) phn tch v chui dch v logistics v
m hnh cng nghip pht trin logistics. Trong khi , Lambert et al (2004),
Knemeyer (2004) v Murphy (2005) trnh by v chiu su v nhu cu cn
thit ca dch v logistics.
Ti vit nam, mt quc gia ang pht trin trong nhng nm gn y hot
ng giao thng XNK gia tng n hu ht cc quc gia trn th gii.
Chnh v vy, hot ng logistics gp phn thc y s pht trin v nng
cao hot ng XNK ca Vit nam trong nhng nm gn y. Mc d cha c
nhiu cng trnh nghin cu v vn ny, tuy nhin mt vi nghin cu ca
mt s tc gi cng cp n hot ng v cht lng dch v logistics ti
VN. in hnh nh: Bi Th Thanh Duyn (2010) nghin cu v bin php
nng cao kh nng cnh tranh trong lnh vc logistics. Le Th Thu Hoi
(2013) trnh by v gii php nng cao cht lng dch v hi quan. Nguyn
Cng Hip (2007) cp n vic ng dng m hnh dch v logistics v qun
tri chui cung ng trong hot ng dch v kho hng dc phm ti cng ty
Diethelm Vit Nam. Trong khi L Mnh Cng (2010) nu ra gii php
pht trin dch v logistics trong h thng phn phi hng ha ca Vit Nam.

3.3 PHNG PHP THU THP THNG TIN
3.3.1 Phng php thu thp thng tin th cp
c c y thng tin mt cch chnh sc em c qua sch gio khoa

ng, quy trnh cung ng dch v, quy trnh vn chuyn hng ha v cc quy
trnh nghip v lin quan n cng ty
3.3.2 Phng php thu thp thng tin s cp:
3.3.2.1 Cch thc tin hnh:
Sau khi lp bng cu hi kho st online trn google docs em s s dng
ng link lin kt trc tuyn ngi c kho st tr li trc tip trn
website mt cc nhanh chng v tin li bng cch click chut chn p n,
sau kt qu s c lu ti bng phn hi kt qu ca google docs t em
ly s liu qua phn mm SPSS phn tch.
3.3.2.2 Ni dung cu hi iu tra kho st:
Tt c cc cu hi lin quan n vic nh gi mc hi lng ca khch

Ngoi cc dch v giao nhn nu trn, cng ty cn cung cp cc dch
v khc theo yu cu ca khch hng, cc dch v ny c th pht sinh trong
qu trnh vn chuyn ca hng ha hoc dch v khc nh dch v gom hng
l (consolidation). Cng ty s thay mt khch hng ng tn xut nhp
khu hng ha, lm tt c chng t nh: hp ng, invoice, packing list, ln t
khai hi quan, tnh thu, ng k t khai v lm tt c cc th tc Hi Quan.
Vn chuyn hng ha t cng hoc t sn bay v kho ca khch hng v
ngc li. Thanh ton chi h tt c cc chi ph: nng h, ph vn chuyn, l ph
hi quan, ph vn chuyn v kho, ph lao v...
Cc i tc ca cng ty :
L mt cng ty dch v giao nhn hng ha, do tnh cht ca sn
phm ca CON-LOG l dch v khai bo hi quan, dch v vn ti bng
container, dch v vn chuyn bng ng hng khng, nhn y thc
xut, nhp khu... nn khch hng ca cng ty bao gm tt c cc
doanh nghip hot ng xut, nhp khu nh: cng ty trch nhim hu
hn, doanh nghip t nhn, c s sn xut, cc cng ty nc ngoi c
chc nng sn xut trc tip hay khng. Tuy nhin do cng ty mi

To ra ngun li nhun ti a vi chi ph kinh doanh mc ti thiu l
mc tiu m mi doanh nghip lun hng ti v l cch duy nht

Trong giai on u khi cng ty mi thnh lp, cng ty cn gp nhiu

3,813,744,916.91 nghn ng so vi nm 2010, tng tng ng 1.4189%.
n nm 2012, doanh thu tng 14,242,074,068 nghn ng so vi nm 2011,
tng tng ng 1.1026%. T nm 2010 n nm 2012 khng hong kinh t
ton cu ngy cng c du hiu nghim trng, cha c du hiu hi phc,
khng nhng nh hng ln n hu ht Chu u m cn tc ng ti Chu
su sc, do nhng tc ng ca cuc khng hong kinh t ln kim nghch xut
nhp khu ca c nc, cng vi tnh hnh cnh tranh khc nghit ca th
trng, nn nm 2012, doanh thu ca cng ty b nh hng ln v suy gim so
vi mc tng ca nm 2010 v 2011, ch tng 1.1026 % so vi nm 2011.

4.2 PHN TCH KT QU KHO ST
4.2.1 Gii thiu
Phn ny s tin hnh nh gi s b thang o, tin cy ca thang o,
kim nh m hnh l thuyt v cui chng s l phn tm lt kt qu ca
qu trnh nghin cu.
4.1.2 Thng tin mu nghin cu
C 150 phiu kho st c pht ra, kt qu thu v c 110 phiu hp
l. Vy mu nghin cu c tt c 110 ngi tham gia kho st (n=110). Trong
nam chim 50%, n chim 50%. S ngi c tui di t 22 n 25
chim 8.2%, t 26-30 tui chim 38.2%, t 31-35 tui chim 26.4% v t 36
n 40 tui cng chim 27.3%.

4.3.1 Tm tt kt qu nghin cu
Nghin cu vi mu n = 110 cho cc i tng l khch hng, i tc v
nhn vin trc tip lin quan n hot ng kinh doanh dch v logistics ca
cng ty. Cc thang o v cc yu t nh hng n hot ng kinh doanh dch
v logistics c xy dng trn c s l thuyt v c pht trin cho ph hp
vi cng ty CP Con-Log thng qua h s tin cy Cronbach Alpha v phn tch
nhn t khm ph EFA, phng trnh hi quy tuyn tnh s dng kim nh
cc gi thit nghin cu.

5.1.1 Mc tiu:

bi v do nhiu l trong yu t v c s h tng Vit nam ni chung v v
kh nng v ngun vn ni ring
Hin ti, quy m v ngun vn, cng nh i tng khch hng chnh ca
CON-LOG ch thnh ph H Ch Minh v mt s tnh ln cn l ng Nai,
Bnh Dng, Vng Tu, Trong tng lai, CON-LOG s m rng quy m v
ngun vn, cng nh quy m i tng khch hng, khch hng ca CON-
LOG khng ch min Nam m m rng ra nhiu tnh khc ca Vit Nam.
Vy nn, CON-LOG ang thit lp mi quan h vi cc cng ty vn ti, cc
cng ty Logistics hu khp cc tnh Vit nam to dng s lin kt trong
hot ng kinh doanh vn ti ni a, cng nh tng thm s lng khch
hng.
Cng ty l i l hng hng khng ca hip hi vn ti hng khng quc t
(IATA) v lm i l vn ti bin cho cc cng ty logistics mt s nc trn
th gii. Hng i trong tng lai ca CON-LOG l to dng mi quan h i

5.2 NH GI V TIM NNG PHT TRIN CA CNG TY
CP CON-LOG
5.2.1 Thun li
Nc ta v ang gia nhp vo t chc WTO - mt t chc kinh t ln nht
ton cu c nhiu c hi, c hi c th thy r nht l thu sut u i m Vit
Nam v cc thnh vin WTO cam kt dnh cho nhau nn s lng hng ha
trong nc xut ra nc ngoi cng nh s lng hng ha t nc ngoi
nhp vo Vit Nam tng ln. Cc doanh nghip trong nc mun ng vng
v pht trin th cng phi ch ng tham gia vo qu trnh hi nhp . Thc
t cho thy s lng cc doanh nghip ng k kinh doanh xut nhp khu
cng khng ngng tng ln. V chnh v th nhu cu s dng nhng dch v
giao nhn cng tng ln m ra mt th trng rng ln cho cng ty. V p

5.3 GII PHP CHO CNG TY CP CONTINENTIAL
LOGISTICS
5.3.1gii php v hot ng kinh doanh dch v ca Cng ty
Cng ty cn khai thc nhiu hn na cc khch hng trong v ngoi
nuc thng qua cc phng tin thng tin nh internet v hin nay vic xut
nhp khu thng qua phng tin ny rt pht trin v khch hng cng ang
dn quen thuc vi phng tin ny, cho nn cng ty cn phi xy dng
Website ca mnh 1 cch n tng gy s ch khin khch hng khi lt qua
cng phi dng li tm hiu, ng thi trn web cn c nhiu thng tin hn
na trong cc vn dch v giao nhn ca cng ty.
Cng ty nn tng cng b phn lm th tc hi quan v khch hng
thng yu cu lm hng trn gi. Nu c iu kin, cng ty nn c nhn vin
tham d lp lm th tc hi quan do tng cc Hi Quan t chc. Kha hc
hng dn cc doanh nghip lm th tc hi quan tht nhanh chng, hn ch
sai st v nng cao trnh cho nhn vin cc b phn kinh doanh, chng t

Dch v khai hi quan
Phng logistics l phng m s trc tip ra hin trng nh cng bin
hoc cng hng khng lm th tc hi quan v th tc cng nhp hoc
xut mt l hng. V vy, c mt s an xen gia hng ng bin (hng Sea)
v hng ng hng khng (hng Air), iu ny dn n gy kh khn trong
cng vic, cng nh tn thi gian ca nhn vin giao nhn. Nn phn chia
chc nng, nhim v ca phng logistics thnh hai phn:
Mt bn m nhn hng SEA.
Mt bn m nhn hng AIR.
Nhm to thun li trong cng vic ca nhn vin giao nhn, tit kim c
chi ph xng xe v thi gian lm hng gim xung thi gian giao hng cho
khch hng nhanh hn, tha mn nhu cu cn hng nhanh ca khch hng.
Dch v chng t
Phng ny nn c chia lm 2 b phn:
B phn chng t hng nhp chia thanh 2 t hng Air v Sea
B phn chng t hng xut chia thanh 2 t hng Air v Sea
Trong giai on hu khng hong ti chnh hin nay, khch hng l v
cng quan trng, lm sao gi chn c khch hng c, lm sao to dng quan
h tt vi khch hng mi l nhim v ca cng ty v cng l nhim v ca
phng ban m trch nhim v.
Trong vic xc nh chc nng, nhim v ca phng chng t & dch v
khch hng, cng ty CON-LOG cn phi b sung thm chc nng dch v
khch hng. i i vi vic b sung ni dung, CON-LOG cng phi c mt
lp hun luyn v cng tc dch v khch hng cho b phn ny.

5.3.1.3 Gii php v con ngi
Theo kt qu nghin cu t thc tin trong phm vi 110 mu ni ln

cng ty Con-Log v con ngi lun l mu cht trong hu ht mi vn

KT LUN
Trong bi cnh nn kinh t nc ta ang trn pht trin mnh m,
