Request for Certificate of Compliance DEP File #215-0154 Little Creek Remediation Project
AMEC is asking for a Certificate of Compliance for work done on Little Creek on the Medford-Malden line.

Request for Amendment to Order of Conditions DEP File #215-165 Removal of Water Chestnut
and Water Lilies from the Mystic River Aquatic Control Technology is requesting an amendment to an
existing Order of Conditions regarding an ongoing invasive aquatic plant management plan on the Mystic
River.
