I am directed to intimate that you have been provisionally permitted to appear for the
JTOs(Telecom/Civil/Electrical) Examination-2008, held on 21.6.2009, with Roll No. <HALL
TICKET NO> and provisionally successful in the above Examination.

The results of the above mentioned examination were released by BSNL Corp. Office, New
Delhi, and the same was kept in BSNL Website ap.bsnl.co.in for information of the candidates.

The candidates who are provisionally successful in the exam. are requested to submit their
original documents for verification from 23.11.2009 to 03.12.2009 between 11.00am to
12.45pm and from 2.15 pm to 4.00 pm (in working days) in person in % CGMT, BSNL,
Doorsanchar Bhavan, Nampally Stan Road, Abids, Hyderabad-500 001.

You are requested to submit original certificates, along with Three sets of attested Xerox
copies, of the following certificates in person during above mentioned dates.

1. Educational Qualifications (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech etc.)

2. Age (SSC/Birth Certificate issued by concerned Authorities)
3. SSC or Matriculation Certificate.
4. Latest Community Certificate (OBC/SC/ST-issued by concerned Authorities-in
the prescribed proforma-applicable for Central Govt. Employment)
5. Latest Medical Certificate (for PH Candidates) issued by Govt. Medical Board.
6. Certificate of Apprentice ship in BSNL (Whenever applicable).

If you fail to submit the same during the above dates, your candidature will not be considered for
further selection and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Please note that, your candidature is purely provisional 1) till fulfillment of all eligibility
conditions, medical examination, all other related verifications, which are essential and 2) also
subject to outcome of court cases, if any, filed before various benches of Hon’ble Courts.
