Assessment: a set of observations or evaluations of a person or behavior that results in information
that can help make an informed decision or choice.
Recess: an important part of a childs day where they are allowed a break from academics and are able
to play and socialize with friends.
Locomotor skills: physical activities that include walking, running, jumping, etc.
Inclusion: make sure that all students are included and can participate in the activity.
Exercise: activity needed to live a healthy life of physical fitness.
