    IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FROM the company
    Regarding Article 124A, #3
    Absence from Duty
    Lump Sum Bonus
    The company has advised the Union of the following:
    "Due to an oversight, days absent for inclement weather
    days did not reduce the lump sum payment made in March
    2014 as it should have. However, going forward any
    absence for inclement weather will reduce the lump sum
    payment."
    The Union has clarified with the company that, going
    forward means beginning January 1, 2014, for payment of
    this years bonus in March 2015.
