Was conIirmed righteousness by the holy Word that is sacred as Brahma's Vedas,
And discarded was evil: To the Lord am I sacriIice !
ConIirm in mind righteousness, on the Name Divine meditate,
As have the sacred books

To the holy Preceptor, perIectly-endowed make supplication,
Whereby may all sins and evils be discarded.
By great good Iortune then comes joy in tranquillity,

Note: AIter the Ioregoing Chhant, whose theme is betrothal, in the present one is taken up the celebration oI the

Ever are such in the Lord absorbed.

By blessing oI the Name is the woman with the holy Name abloom in heart.
