Dear Service Manager Customer,
Please mark your calendars and join us at the forthcoming HP Service Manager Customer
Forum which will be held at the HP Innovation Center located in the facilities of the
Technical University of Istanbul, Turkey.
HP Software+Solutions is pleased to announce the first Service Manager customer forum to
be held in EMEA. Similar forums have been successfully held for HP PPM customers and
these have been well attended by representatives from companies across the EMEA region
from Russia to South Africa. We expect a similar level of interest from Service Manager
customers. Over the last two years a number of leading Turkish companies have chosen to
adopt HP Service Manager and we anticipate a strong representation from the host
country.
HP customer forums are not marketing events but are facilitated by HP to provide Service
Manager practitioners such as program directors, key implementation managers and
architects with an opportunity to meet each other and engage with HP R&D/product
management in an informal environment.
The one and half day agenda consists mainly of customer case presentations which
provide attendees with valuable "lessons learned" material. The agenda for this years forum
is currently being finalised, the topics will include:
HP SM roadmap and strategy update
Whats new in HP SM 7.11
Upgrade and migration best practices
Open forum discussion on out of the box SM functionality
Several customer case presentations
The forum will commence just after lunch on Wednesday, March 17
th
, 2010 and close at
5pm the following day. A dinner will be hosted by HP on the first evening. Dress code for
the forum is business casual. To confirm your attendance please send a short email with
your contact details to dicle.erkul@hp.com. Hotel and agenda details will be forwarded
later.
There is no registration charge for the SM customer forum. HP will provide lunches and
refreshments during the forum and host a dinner on the first evening. Travel and
accommodation costs are the responsibility of attendees.
