n the last project that I was tagged to was on : SAP-PI. I'm aspiring for and lo
oking forward to work on Java Technology. I had few concerns. Can you please hel
p me with the following :
1. Which practice would I belong to Java or SAP-PI?
2. My Primary Supervisor is Varma S G M. Will that be changed?
3. As of February 2014, I would have completed 1 year in WIPRO, due
to which the Confirmatory Appraisal is triggered; Can you
please let me know if the L1 and L2 Manager(Appraiser) would be
changed to the Appraiser from Java practice?
4. I'm worried, if I join the project - it might effect my Confirma
tory Appraisal. Would you be able to help me with the procedu
re?
5. In case if my practice does not change, I'm also worried that, I
might have difficulty while applying for opportunities in fu
ture as my experience in SAP-PI would be lagging.
