What Is Self-Injury?
Self-Injury is the purposeful infliction of harm
to ones own body, usually without the
intention of committing suicide.

How Do People Self-Harm?
Most common way is cutting.
Other ways include:
Burning of skin
Head banging
Pulling out hair
Bone-breaking
Hitting oneself
Reopening wounds
Why Do People Self-Harm?
