CLOSING PHASE

The sponsor or evaluator of our project would be our course instructor Sir Majid Matloob. And
even though the main deliverable of the project is successful execution of the event i.e. class
get-together, we will be evaluated on the basis of the final project plan we deliver.

Lessons Learned:
Major lessons learned during the project was dealing with different constraints and how an
unknown event (in our case student meetings) can be a source of major setback or delay in
timely execution of project. It is very important for a project manager to think about and plan in
advance about the potential setbacks that can occur during the execution of a project.

Contract Closure of equipment used:
All the facilities and equipment used during the event: such as media equipment (camera)
borrowed from lab has been returned to the proper authorities. When leaving the facility of our
get together it was checked and it was made sure that everything is in place and in proper order
and clean.
