Step 1: run Photoshop
Step 2: go to file menu -> new -> select background size -> press OK
Step 3 : go to filter -> noise -> add noise
Step 4: adjust amount in noise dialog box -> press OK
Step 5: go to file menu -> open
Step 6: select 3 -4 images -> click open
Step 7: select images, copy and paste them in background one by one
Step 8: go to file -> save as
Step 9: select JPEG format
Step 10: enter file name -> click SAVE
