Nowadays academic is very important to all individual for successful in life. Government has
implemented various education policies to ensure an excellent education for all
community.Academic or education today has many important component to form an outstanding
individual in knowledge, character, discipline,sport and more.The proper education will
guarantee success and happiness in life.In this essay I will give three advantages for individual
who have good academic level which is easy to get a good career ,improve the status of our self
and have an expertise.

Firstly,the individual that has good academic is easy to get a good career. Besides that,we
also will get an attractive salary when we have a high level of education such as Diploma, Degree,
Master and PhD. We also can improve the standard of living with a lot of money that we get and
perform many interest activity like shopping and traveling. The most important things is we can
help our parents ,family in difficulties or in distress situation.

Secondly,we can increase the status of our self.The successful individual also will be
honored by community. Moreover,we also will entrusted by the society to be a leader in a
activity,meeting or any program. In addition the person that have good academic also can make
decision and control the discussion.By that we can increase the level of self-confidence.This is
because we must have the confidence and courage in leading the community. Besides that,we also
must have a very strong influence in making an action or decision.

Last but not least,the individual that have a good academic also will have the expertise
and they can contribute specialties to the community.For example,a doctor will contribute
medical expertise to the community and an economist can support economic growth for
country.By this it will help development of the country.

In conclusion ,academic is very important and it can guarantee a successful in life .All
individual must work hard ,make efforts and have a confidence to achieve a good academic.This

No. I simply do not agree that academic excellence guarantees a successful life. If academic
excellence means having a degree from a university, and a successful life is where a person is
able to get whatever he desires and be happy with it, than there are other elements in life that
helps in making life a success.
It is obvious that during the last decade, academic qualification does not guarantee jobs for
graduates, much to the frustration of the youngsters, who, throughout their university days were
hoping for guaranteed posts in government agencies or steady private firms. Thousands were seen
applying for jobs that were unpopular before, taking the teaching profession for example, where
only a handful were recruited. Graduates without the extra qualities like the desire to move on,
motivation, and communications skills will be left out, proving that academic excellence is not
the license for a successful life.
The blue-collar sector promises bright future for the non performing school students. The
vast and rapid development of the various industries in the country, led by the successful
automotive sector, has provided jobs for those with skills rather than academic qualification.
School leavers with vocational skills, taking automotive as example, see better future compared
to their counterparts on the academic line. Thus, it is a common scene nowadays to see
mechanics and technicians in the various fields doing well in life, even without academic
excellence.
Some people who excel in academics do manage to land in secured jobs in the government
and corporate giants, and went on to the highest and powerful position. These are the few lucky
ones, as in most cases, there are other factors that help determine their success. It is not a secret
that cronyism and nepotism are being practised everywhere, much to the dismay of those who
depend only on academic qualification. Unless they really stand out with brilliant and extremely
noticeable performance, they should be prepared to be ordinary officers up to the day of
retirement. This is evidence that excellence in academic alone does not guarantee success.
There are also people without academic excellence doing well in business. Through sheer
determination and the urge to succeed, plus a little bit of aid from the bank perhaps, people have
proven to be successful, earning way more than the salary of chief executives in the corporate
sectors. In fact, with a hand from political influences, some are able to secure projects worth
millions of ringgits. Would academic excellence be able provide this?
To conclude, academic excellence does help comfort a persons life, securing him a career to earn
a living. Nonetheless, it is simply not enough to guarantee that he will be successful in life, as it
takes a lot of other factors to achieve it.

In this era of globalization, a good education is very important for each and everyone of us in
order to have a better and successful life in the future. Students in school and college have always
been reminded to strive for excellence in their academic so that they can graduate with flying
colors and can easily get a better job compare to those who did not did well in their academic. In
my opinion, academic excellence does guarantees a successful life. Here are some of my reason
for why academic excellence guarantees a successful life.

First of all, a person with high education can easily decide what they want in their life compare
to the person with low education because how educated we are influence the decision making in
our life. Being well educated too gives us the advantage to choose a good career because through
our education, we can identify our own capabilities and what we are really good at.

Secondly, a person who have graduated from university are guaranteed to get a better career
and good salary compare to the person who did not finish their studies. A person who have owned
their diploma or degree certificate have a higher opportunity to get the job than a person who did
not owned any of the certificate and only depend on their job experience. This is because it shows
that the person with the certificate have a better understanding and is capable of finishing a given
task with less doubt than the person with no certificate at all.

Finally, a person who are well educated guarantees to have a better life compare to the person
who only depends on their looks and talent. Good looks and talent may be an assets for certain
people to be successful, however good looks can fade away anytime as it is not permanent while
of course talent is a big part, but you need to be really lucky for example to get good
opportunities to success. Whereas high knowledge will always remain in you no matter how old
you get or how lucky you are because with education there's no limitation in what can we do.

In conclusion, I do agree that excellence academic guarantees a successful life because not
only education can influence us to a better decision making in life but it also can guarantees us to
get a better career and remain in us for eternal.
